12. TERMS AND CONDITIONS, GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTING CAR

These General Conditions of Car Rental specify the conditions for putting Tenant’s car to use by the Lessor.

  1.  The Lessor is obliged to return the car in the condition in which it was rented. If very dirty, return the car washed.

  3. The lessor is obliged to personally manage the rented means of transport, not to sublease or lend to third parties.

  7. The rental company does not return money for the shortened rental period by the lessor.
  8. After exceeding the agreed time of returning the car, a fee for the next day of rental is charged.
  9. Mileage limit 400 km per day. After exceeding the limit, a fee of 0.50 lari is charged for each additional kilometer.
  10. The lessor is obliged to check the oil level in case of longer rental. If the red indicator lights up, the rental company must be notified immediately.
  11. The Lessor, apart from changing and repairing the tyre, cannot decide on his own to repair the car.
  12. The car has CASCO insurance, except for windows and tires. In the event of any collision on the road, the renter notifies the rental company and then informs the police 112. To confirm the collision, the police must issue an incident report, which will be forwarded to the insurance company.
  13. In the event of causing a collision under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, the Lessor takes full financial responsibility for the losses incurred by the rental
  14. In the event of the theft of a means of transport with keys and documents, the landlord takes full financial responsibility for the stolen property.
  15. Passenger cars are not adapted to driving in mountainous areas, on serpentines. They can be used for their intended purpose – main asphalt roads. Each of our cars is equipped with GPS. In case of failure to comply with the above, the company has the right to impose a fine of 300 lari
  16. Speed ​​limit 150 km/h. There is a fine of 100 lari for each speeding violation
  17. The Lessor takes full responsibility for fines for all violations of traffic regulations
  18. The insurance does not cover:
    • smoking cigarettes -100 lari
    • damaged upholstery 500 lari
    • smelly smell inside the car – 300 lari
    • a damaged tire from 100 to 300 lari
    • broken glass from 100 to 500 lari
    • refueling with unsuitable fuel 500 lari
    • lost key 700 lari
    • lost documents 200 lari
